Evan and I loved shooting Jaida and Josh’s wedding at the Farm Kitchen in Poulsbo, Washington. Jaida and Josh had been dating for years and their wedding was truly a celebration of their joining. Not only was every detail of the day gorgeous but it was also incredibly personal and reflective of their personalities. I don’t think I have ever been to a wedding where one couple truly embraced the day, shared how thankful they were for the people in their lives, laughed, loved and celebrated as much as Jaida and Josh.
Jaida and Josh have a kindness about them that is really rare. Whether this comes from their jobs as nurses, their amazing families, or from traveling the world and gaining an appreciation for what is really important in life I do not know. What I do know is that in my amount of time working with them I too was reminded of what really matters in life. Working with them was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of this incredibly busy and exciting summer.
